Part machine but not human
A megalomaniac cyborg villain. He originally worked with CIA officer Jason Wynn to found Operation: Knightstrike, ostensibly to combat the terrorist group Cybernet. In fact, Giger was secretly the leader of Cybernet, and used the attack to lead the Knightstrike members into a trap.
Giger’s implants allowed him to take control of computers, machinery, and other cyborgs, in addition to making him super-strong and indestructible.
