The ‘sleepless’ commit horrifying acts of violence on camps of unaffected survivors. A young doctor, Amara, is trapped in a building surrounded by a horde of sleepless lead by a deranged man who is determined to root out remaining survivors. Amara, along with a few others, makes a daring escape to warn her camp of survivors before the vicious horde of the Sleepless finds them first.
