The Coopers have just inherited a beautiful old mansion. The problem is that it’s haunted by some ghosts intent on scaring them away. Well—not a problem for the Coopers—the ghosts are terrible at haunting! So bad, in fact, that the Cooper family helps train the ghosts in modern scares. At the same time a mysterious buyer relentlessly makes offers on the mansion. The Coopers refuse but he won’t take no for an answer; so much so that the buyer will take nefarious steps to acquire it.
